1. Scope and Seller. These terms govern distance sales contracts concluded through the website triiina.com between Winx SRL a socio unico (hereinafter the “Seller”), whose details are given on the “Legal notice” page, and the customer. They apply to consumers under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and, where compatible, to business customers. A consumer is a natural person who acts for purposes outside any trade, business, craft or profession.

2. Products. The Seller offers posters, T-shirts, shoppers, bodysuits, caps and phone cases with Ladin motifs. Posters and T-shirts are printed by Winx SRL a socio unico in Italy, shoppers and bodysuits are printed in Italy; phone cases are made to order and shipped by a production partner (Printify). Colours and dimensions may differ slightly from those shown on the website because of screens, the printing process and production tolerances.

3. Conclusion of the contract. The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer. By submitting the order, the customer makes an offer to buy. The ordering process consists of: selecting the product and variant, adding it to the cart, entering the data, choosing the payment method and the order summary. Before submitting the order, the customer can check and correct the data entered. The final button is labelled “Order with obligation to pay”. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by e-mail; the confirmation contains the order summary, these terms and the information on the right of withdrawal on a durable medium. The Seller stores the order data. These terms are available in Italian, German and English; in case of discrepancies the Italian version prevails.

4. Prices and taxes. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT. For deliveries to other EU countries, the VAT rate of the country of destination applies and is already included in the price shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, no VAT is charged; any customs duties, taxes and clearance costs in the country of destination are borne by the customer. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before the order is submitted. The Seller delivers worldwide, subject to restrictions of the production partner or the carrier.

5. Payment. Depending on availability, bank transfer, credit and debit cards (also via Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal are offered at checkout. For bank transfers, the bank details are provided in the order confirmation; payment must be made within the period stated in the order confirmation, and production starts once the payment has been received. After this period the Seller may cancel the order. For card or PayPal payments, the amount is charged when the order is placed. The Seller does not charge any surcharge for the use of a particular payment method.

6. Production and delivery. With the exception of phone cases, products are shipped by Winx from Italy, as a rule within 3 days of the conclusion of the contract, by ordinary postal service; delivery times depend on the country of destination and are indicative. Phone cases are made to order and shipped by the production partner, with longer production and delivery times. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place at the latest within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract. Items of the same order may be shipped separately. The customer must provide a correct and complete delivery address. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal. Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days as described on the “Right of withdrawal” page, which also contains the model withdrawal form. Withdrawal can also be made using the electronic function “Withdraw from the contract here”, which is always available in the website footer, in the order confirmation e-mails and in the “My account” area.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity. Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity under Art. 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, with a duration of two years from delivery of the goods. In case of defects or transport damage, please write promptly to hoila@triiina.com, attaching photographs and the order number.

9. Intellectual property. Designs, texts, images and the Triiina brand are protected. Any reproduction or use without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited.

10. Personal data. The processing of data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law, jurisdiction and disputes. Italian law applies. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the state of residence remain unaffected, and the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile. The Seller has not committed to taking part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

12. Final provisions. The invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the others. Last updated: October 2026.
