Right of withdrawal. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods; if several goods are delivered separately, on the day on which the consumer takes physical possession of the last good.

How to exercise it. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Winx SRL a socio unico, Via Arnaria 9a, 39040 Castelrotto (BZ), Italy, e-mail hoila@triiina.com, of the decision by means of an unequivocal statement (for example a letter or an e-mail). The consumer may use the form below, but this is not mandatory. Alternatively, the consumer can use the electronic function “Withdraw from the contract here” (link, also available in the website footer, in the order confirmation e-mails and in the “My account” area): after entering name, e-mail and order number, the withdrawal is sent with the button “Confirm withdrawal”. The period is met if the notice is sent before the 14 days have expired. The Seller will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal by e-mail.

Effects of withdrawal. The Seller refunds all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which the Seller is informed of the withdrawal. The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the order, unless otherwise agreed, and may be withheld until the goods have been received or the consumer has provided proof that they have been sent back.

Returning the goods. The consumer returns the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal, to Winx SRL a socio unico, Via Arnaria 9a, 39040 Castelrotto (BZ), Italy. Please state the order number in the parcel. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). As a rule the Seller does not offer personalised products; for products with standard motifs this exclusion does not apply.
